In Compliance with the provision of Article 9 Letter a of the Financial
Service Authority Regulation No. 33/POJK.04/2014 on the Board of Directors and
Board of Commissioners of Issuers or Public Company (“FSA Regulation 33/2014”),
we hereby infor you that the Company has received a resignation letter from Mr.
Liang Tjoen als Hendra from his position as a member of the Board of Independent
Director of the Company. According to his letter, the resignation shall be
effective commencing 15 December 2018.
